How To Tighten and Shape Your Arms?

Women do not like strenuous exercises, so this exercise is ideal for them. Sit down, straighten your back or stand with legs spread, placing your feet shoulder-width. Take small weights or fill two water bottles, bend your hands at the elbows and start lowering and lifting. Do this in 4 sets of 12-15 times.
Using the weight of the body
Planks are one of the best exercises to burn the fat on the hands. If you find it difficult to do the classic push-ups on the ground, you can do it on something higher, which reduces the drag. Place your hands on something higher, and let your feet remain on the ground. Do at least 15 push-ups per day.
“Falling down” from a chair
Sit on the edge of a chair, and press the side parts with your hands. Slowly move your legs forward until your hips and buttocks do not go outside the seat of the chair. Make weights for your ankles
