How can we determine the right amount of water we should personally consume?

Water Chart EXACTLY How Much Water You Need To Drink To Lose Water Weight According To Your Body

Here are several tips on how to calculate how much water you need to consume in order to stay healthy and trigger weight loss.

Find out your weight. If you want to calculate correctly the amount of water you need to drink every day, you need to know how much you weigh. For different people, the recommended daily amount of water differs, based on their weight. It is not logical that a man of 200 pounds and a woman of 100 pounds drink the same amount of water, right?

Your weight divided in half. Now that you know your body weight, divide that number by ½ and you will get the result. For example, if your body weight is 170 pounds: ½ of 170 is 85 ounces. According to this calculation, a person that weighs 170 pounds should drink 85 ounces of water a day.

Activity level. Another thing you should take into consideration is how often you work out. This is also important information because when you exercise, you sweat and expel water during the process, so you will need to compensate for the quantity of water you have lost during your workout. For every half an hour of exercise, you should add about 12 ounces of water to your recommended daily water amount, on average. Thus, if today you have worked out for an hour, you should drink 24 extra ounces of water compared to your recommended daily amount.

If you still do not manage to get the right calculations and amounts, use the chart for recommended daily intake of water for a variety of weights. You should just watch out the days you work out and compensate for the water you lost.

You might think that it is next to impossible to drink more than 100 ounces per day, but there are some guidelines as to how you can reach your goal. You should have two glasses (which equals 16 ounces) of water before every meal. That makes 48 ounces daily. Every morning, you should drink a glass of water right after you get up and you should drink another one every evening prior to going to bed. That makes 32 ounces more. The rest of the recommended daily water amount should be divided throughout the entire day and there you go. Keep track of the amount of water you take in by using a special container and calculating how much of these you will need to drink.
