There Is a Lot You Can Learn From Your Acne

1 and 2 – Problems with the digestive system – Avoid fast food and meals with fat. Drink more water and eat refreshing fruits and vegetables, such as cucumber.

Reduce the intake of dairy and meat products, avoid alcohol, caffeine and sugar, and instead eat plenty of vegetables and consume natural juices and teas. Keep in mind that very often the main culprits for the appearance of acne in this area are dirty phones or pillow covers.
11 and 12 – Hormones – The main area showing problems with stress and hormonal changes. Try to reduce stress and keep the skin clean. Here’s an interesting fact: acne in these areas occur during ovulation, even show which side is ovulating.
13 – Stomach – Drink herbal teas and eat foods rich in fiber.
