American experts reveal which products make us tired, and which give us strength and energy. According to them, to eliminate the worst feeling, you should include oat flakes in your daily diet (especially in the morning), nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds, etc.), seeds and skimmed yogurt.
Also, products full of iron have a stimulating effect on the body. These are apples, beans, spinach and buckwheat.
Sweet pleasures and alcohol on the other side have the opposite effect – cause drowsiness and a feeling of exhaustion. Among the products that make us tired and should be avoided are pasta and turkey meat (because of the presence of a specific protein in them, which has exaggerated relaxing effect).
