Which Egg Do You Think Came From a Healthy Chicken?
Do you know the difference between a healthy, all-natural egg and an unhealthy one? If you do not, you are on the right place.
There are numerous people who also do not know this and who are not aware of the importance of eating healthy eggs that come from farm chickens. Eating eggs from factory chickens is different from eating eggs that come from farm chickens, and here is why.
In the picture, you can notice three types of egg yolks. The egg yolk marked as number 1 is a very dark orange yolk, the egg yolk number 2 is yellow, and the egg yolk marked as number 3 is light orange.
In your opinion, which one of the three yolks comes from an actually healthy chicken?
1. EGG WITH DARK ORANGE YOLK
If you are one of the people who chose egg yolk number one to be the healthiest egg yolk, you should know that you chose right. Yes, if the egg yolk is dark orange, then it comes from a chicken farm where chickens get all the daylight they need and their natural terrain, instead of being kept closed in big dark rooms with no windows and lack of sunlight.
Furthermore, apart from being fed grains, these chickens also get the chance to eat grass insects like grasshoppers, spiders, ticks, and crickets. This is also an important factor that contributes to the nutritive value of the yolk.
2. EGG WITH YELLOW YOLK
If the egg has yellow yolk, it has probably been bought from a big supermarket. These eggs come from factory chickens, chickens that are being raised in big factories under horrible conditions.
These chickens are being kept in factories with no sunlight. Moreover, there is no enough space for the chickens in these factories and there is lots of filth. These chickens are only fed grains. As a matter of fact, the chickens themselves have been hatched from incubators, a process that is not natural at all.
